This is an extremely ambiance oriented concept, and it's exciting as well as outstanding. Enter the room and you are in another world (a world of Hong Kong of the 1930's). And that world is based on wonderful Pan-Asian cuisine from their Miso-glazed Chilean Sea Bass to their honey and soy lacquered duck, to their Chinese-style smoked lobster (just to name a few). Ten Penh hit the ground running in July of 2000, and it has remained a standing ovation on the DC restaurant scene.
