The man spent six years with possibly the country's top chef in New York's Daniel Boulud and did amazing things at the popular Café Boulud in Manhattan. Not surprisingly, chef Chemel is replicating his efforts in Falls Church and the results speak for themselves. 2941 is a serious restaurant that does everything right, and it's all there (the food; the ambiance; and the service). The DC area is blessed with so many talented chefs and superb restaurants, and make no mistake, 2941 is right up there on the top of the list.
