What more can one say about Chef Jeff Buben? The man is responsible for two of Washington's best restaurants in Vidalia and Bistro Bis, and we chose the Bistro because we know our audience loves the Bistro concept. It's a great location near the Capitol (and Union Station) and it's both affordable and fun. The great food is a given, and it's no accident that Bistro Bis has become such a DC favorite. From the menu - Duck Confit Façon Tarbais; Trout Grenobloise; Sweetbreads à la Zingara; Beef Bourguignon; Monkfish à la Soubise; and Steak Frites. There is a lot more and it's all just as interesting.
