It's back to the chef thing. Great chefs make great restaurants and Michael Solomonov is one of Philly's best. The man cooked in Israel, and he brought his rendition of Middle Eastern cuisine to Philadelphia in his Israeli-Mediterranen inspired Zahav. It's an amazing experience.
