There is yet another Mink in Philadelphia. It was Samuel in 1947, and it eventually became his son David, and now it's David's son (another Sam) and it's all about the Mink family formula. The new Oyster House is still about "fresh seafood at reasonable prices" and the latest rendition has become a dramatic success story. Young Sam is in the kitchen, and this is the place for great seafood.
