Chef Eric Ripert of the famed Le Bernardin in New York appointed his former sous chef to become the Chef de Cuisine at 10 Arts. Chef Jennifer Carroll is from Philadelphia and a graduate of the city's Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College. She has quickly emerged as a celebrity chef in her own rite, and the concept is American cuisine with an emphasis on the organic, and the art of working with the local farmers to insure the best ingredients possible. 10Arts is located in the historic Rotunda of the spectacular Ritz-Carlton Hotel, and it has it all (including one of the most dramatic bars in the City).
