Rouge opened in 1998 in possibly the best location in all of Philadelphia (overlooking Rittenhouse Square). This spot is small, but with all the sidewalk tables, Rouge is where the people go. The owners (Rob and Maggie Wasserman) just keep doing the things that made Rouge so exciting almost the day it opened (great bar, great food, and all those happening people).
